If you become a Crew Member, Production Company, Industry Member, School or student user, we collect Personal Information about you in order to provide you with the full benefits. When you first register, we collect information from you directly and also from time to time thereafter if you provide us additional information. The mandatory information we collect includes:

• Postcode 
• Suburb 
• Name 

Once you have logged on, we keep a record of how you use the service. 

Disclosure of Personal Information to third parties 

Your Personal Information will only ever be disclosed to a third party a party if: 

• we are required by law to make the disclosure; 
• to the extent necessary, to provide the service you have requested or to meet the purpose for which it was submitted;
