Alyce Adams is an Investment and Development Manager at Screen Australia in the Online department. Her role includes managing development, production and completion funding for multiple online projects across YouTube, Facebook, ABC iView, SBS OnDemand, Netflix and Stan, as well as several VR projects that have been accepted into Venice and Toronto International Film Festivals. Alyce deals with creators, writers, producers, platforms, broadcasters and other humans every day, using her years of experience working in the online sector to give guidance on the best way to create unique content that will reach a global audience.

Louise Cocks is an Investment and Development Manager for the Online Department. She joined the Online team in 2019 having previously worked as a Film Programmer for Village Cinemas Australia and as an actor in touring shows. Her role involves assessing and managing applications for Production and Development from approval through to release and delivery. She has worked across the inaugural Digital Originals workshops, TikTok’s Every Voice Initiative, Skip Ahead with YouTube and organised a digital Online Roadshow last year where the Online team spoke to emerging creators from all over Australia offering bespoke advice. She is passionate about supporting and developing new creators and is thankful to have a job that gives her an explanation for the hours she spends on TikTok.
