‘Your First Big Break’ Series

This workshop will help you learn all of the things you NEED TO KNOW before setting foot on a film set – from reading a call sheet, what to wear on set, roles and responsibilities and on set etiquette.

Andrew McInally BIO

Andrew is Brisbane-based Producer and 1st Assistant Director.

He currently spends much of his time working across Australia as a 1st Assistant Director on feature films, TV series, Short-form streaming series and TV commercials. He has also been a sessional and guest lecturer at the Griffith Film School and QUT Creative Industries Faculty since 2007

Andrew has produced a number of award-winning TV shows for the ABC, SBS and Foxtel and developed numerous films and drama series for the ABC, The Seven Network and SBS.

Andrews credits include:

Small Time Gangster (TV series)- Producer

Robbie Hood  (TV series) – 1st AD

The Second (Feature) – 1st AD


This event will take place over Zoom – event link will be emailed prior to event date.
